Eleven years from my first barbell to my first bodybuilding stage. Every mistake in between became a lesson I now pass to my clients.

I grew up in a house where education was everything and athletics were an afterthought. I was the skinniest kid in every class photo, and I wore it like it was just who I was.
In 2014, something shifted. I walked into a college gym with no plan, no coach, and no idea what I was doing. I made every mistake you can make — program-hopping, under-eating, skipping legs, training through injuries, and thinking more was always better.
It took me a very long time — through undergrad, grad school, and a few years past that — to fully lock in and nail my diet and exercise consistently. Not because I wasn't working hard. Because I was working hard on the wrong things, and I didn't have anyone to tell me.
When it finally clicked — when the training, the nutrition, the sleep, and the consistency all aligned — the results compounded fast. In August 2025, I stepped on stage at the OCB Divine Muscle show for my first natural bodybuilding competition. It was proof that the system works, even for someone who started with nothing.
Now I want to help people unlock their dream physiques by sharing the lessons I learned the hard way. I am dedicated to making things easier and delivering results to busy professionals — people who don't have eleven years to figure it out on their own.
The gap between my first gym session and my first competition was eleven years. Most of that gap was wasted time I could have saved with better guidance.
Walked into a weight room for the first time as a skinny college freshman who had never touched a barbell.
Earned a Master's while still figuring out how to eat and train consistently. Progress was real but scattered.
After years of trial and error, finally nailed diet and training with zero gaps. The compound effect kicked in.
Friends asked for help. Then strangers. Built the app. Turned what I'd learned the hard way into a system.
Competed in my first natural bodybuilding show. Stepped on stage after 11 years of work.
Full-time coaching practice. Small roster, full attention, and a library to help everyone else along the way.
I take a small number of online clients at a time. I don't sell a course. I don't run a closed gym. I don't outsource your programming to an AI. I sell direct access to a coach who reads the literature, competes natural, and treats your training log like his own.
I know what it's like to be the person who has no idea where to start. I know what it's like to be a busy professional with limited hours and unlimited excuses. And I know what it takes to cut through all of that — because I lived it, for a decade, before I figured it out.
One coach, a small roster, full attention. The trial is 7 days, free, and you walk with the programming either way.
