    A written, dated week of training.

    Delivered to your app every Sunday night. Every set has a target weight, target rep range, target RIR, and notes from last week's session if relevant.

    Average: 12 lifts × 3 sets × 5 working days
  2. 02.

    Macro targets keyed to your day.

    Different protein, carb and fat targets for training and rest days. Tweaked every week based on bodyweight trend, not weekly weigh-in noise.

    No banned foods. No meal plan. Just numbers.
  3. 03.

    A 30-minute video check-in.

    Each Sunday. We review the past week's logs and decide the next week's programming together. Recorded so you can re-watch.

    Every set logged in-app.

    Weight, reps, RIR, optional video, and a photo per training day. The logs are the source of truth for next week's programming.

    A quarterly review.

    Every 12 weeks we step back: photos, lifts, body comp, mood, sleep. The roadmap for the next quarter comes out of this review.
